Clipchamp finishes one video. We finish the whole week.
Stargaze Studio turns one upload into clips, covers, per-platform copy and a written article, then publishes them for you - Patreon and HeroHero included. Clipchamp edits that same recording and can send it to YouTube and TikTok, but it is one video in, one video out (as of October 2026). Stargaze is free during the beta.
Clipchamp covers a slice. Stargaze runs all six as one flow.
You can try the whole flow yourself: one video, from upload to published.

Don't take our word for it. Watch the thing work.
The full walkthrough: one upload going in, and clips, covers, copy and articles coming out the other side.
We start before your upload finishes
Most tools queue: upload completes, then processing begins, then you wait. Stargaze works on the stream as it arrives — transcription, clip detection and copy are already running while the progress bar is still moving. You get usable output in minutes, not after a coffee break.
One tool instead of four plus a scheduler
A clipper, a caption app, an editor and a scheduler don't add up to a workflow — they add up to four exports, four logins and four bills. Stargaze runs the whole chain from one upload: clips, covers, platform copy in your voice, written articles, and publishing.
What you get that Clipchamp doesn't do
Editing is one step of six between a recording and a published post.
- 01
One recording becomes a week of posts
Clipchamp is built around a timeline: you assemble one video and export it. Stargaze reads the whole recording, finds the moments, cuts clips in three formats, designs covers from the same footage, writes the copy for each platform in your voice and drafts a full article. The unit of work is the recording, not the single video.
- 02
Outputs appear while the file is still uploading
A timeline editor needs the whole file before you can touch it. Stargaze processes the video during the transfer, so transcription, clip-finding and copy are running while the upload bar is still moving.
- 03
Publishing that reaches the networks you actually post to
Clipchamp sends finished exports to YouTube and TikTok from the export page, which is real and worth saying. Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and X are not on that list (as of October 2026), and the TikTok route only accepts 3 to 60 seconds under 50 MiB. Stargaze publishes to all six through official connections, and to Patreon and HeroHero through an AI agent.
- 04
Covers and articles, not just a finished cut
Clipchamp has a brand kit on Premium, but it will not design a thumbnail per clip or write you an article. Both come out of the same upload in Stargaze, in your primary and secondary brand colour, so a week of posts looks like one channel.
Without us, still on you afterwards
- 01Find the moments worth clipping in a two-hour recording, by hand
- 02Make a cover for every clip, in the right format for every network
- 03Write the caption for each platform, then post to Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and X yourself

Free tier with unlimited 1080p exports and no watermark. Premium around $11.99/month standalone, and included with Microsoft 365 Personal (about $9.99/month or $99.99/year) and Family (as of October 2026).
The free tier is unusually generous, so the catch is not the price - it is the shape of the tool. One project produces one video, so a two-hour recording is still you scrubbing a timeline to find the moments, then making every cover and writing every caption by hand. The brand kit is Premium-only and covers a single brand.

Questions people actually ask
Clipchamp is a timeline editor: you build one video and export it. Stargaze starts from the raw recording and produces everything that comes after it - clips in three formats, covers, per-platform copy in your style and a written article - then publishes them. One is where you make a video; the other is where a recording becomes a week of content.
Partly. Microsoft Support documents publishing straight to YouTube and TikTok from the export page. Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and X are not on that list, and the TikTok route only accepts 3 to 60 seconds, 9:16 or 1:1, under 50 MiB (as of October 2026). Stargaze publishes to all six through official connections, and to Patreon and HeroHero through an AI agent, because those have no publishing API.
It is good, and we are not going to pretend otherwise: unlimited 1080p exports with no watermark (as of October 2026). The question is not what the export costs, it is what happens after it. Clipchamp hands you one finished video; the clips, covers, captions, article and the uploading are still your evening. That is the part Stargaze does.
No, and it is not trying to. Deep manual editing is the one box we leave to the editors. Keep cutting wherever you are used to, upload once, and the two to four hours that used to follow are gone.
Yes. Subtitles are generated for every clip as part of processing, in 11 languages, and they are built to stay readable after each platform crops the frame. You do not style them one video at a time.
