Submagic's plans cap the input video at 2 minutes (Starter), 5 minutes (Pro) and 30 minutes (Business), as of September 2026. That is a cap on the exact thing a clipper is for: the two-hour podcast, the full stream, the hour-long interview. Stargaze takes the whole file.

Submagic starts from a short clip you already have and makes it look right, then schedules it. Stargaze starts from the raw recording: it finds the clips, captions them, designs the covers, writes the platform copy and the article, and publishes all of it. One is the last brush stroke, the other is the whole job.
